Virtual appointments are offered via Jane's online video platform. In-person sessions with Ruth at the Burrard Office are accessible via car, bike, or bus (99/09/84). If you are driving, please allow plenty of time before your appointment to find paid or free 2-hour parking in the neighbourhood South of the building. If you are biking, please note that both 10th Ave. and Cypress are bike-friendly streets. There is a bike rack located on Burrard St. across from the building. Park at your own risk.
If you arrive early to your appointment, please come in to suit 201 and take a seat in the waiting room. Ruth will come out to greet you at the time of your appointment.
